As you can see, Rath Management can show you a lot of homes for rent and we can tell you a lot about the house before you ever leave your home or office.

 

At any one time there are probably thousands of rental opportunities for you to explore, but the best are usually listed with Realtors like Rath Management.  Since we are Realtors we can show you homes that are listed with any Realtor.

 

Our Fees.       Net $74.00

 

There is no Subscription Fee for Featured Homes.  We can show you these homes directly.

 

For subscription homes, our fee is $74.00. 

 

With payment you begin receiving our comprehensive email list of homes for rent. Along with the email list, we then will set up appointments to show you the homes you like best. When you rent one of the homes that we showed you, we reimburse half of your fee.

 

So here it is again.

 

1 You pay $149.00.

2 You receive emails of rentals that match your needs.

3 Emails are updated daily.  As a new home becomes available, you get the email that very day!!

4 You receive these emails for 6 months.

5 You review and drive by the homes you like.

6 You make an appointment with us to see the homes

7 When you rent one of the homes we showed you, we rebate $75.00 to you.
