To apply for a rental online, first enter the number of adults who will be living in the property in the PayPal form to the right.
After the payment has been made for EACH ADULT WHO WILL BE LIVING IN THE PROPERTY, go STEP TWO and download and print an application FOR EACH ADULT. PLUS open the document call APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS.
Fill in the applications and fax them to 1-877-567-9163
Once we have received your payment and application, we will process it and contact you by E-Mail within 5 business days.
DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE FOR UPDATES, WE CAN NOT TELL YOU ANYTHING UNTIL THE OWNER HAS MADE A DECISION..
VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! We can never guarantee any acceptance. In some cases there may be multiple applications for the same property. In these cases as in all cases, the owner of the property makes the final decision. The Owners decision is final. We work for the owner and must work toward an outcome which best suits them. |

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!! To expedite the process and to not have to wait for checks to clear, ALL deposit checks and first month rent checks MUST be in the form of a MONEY ORDER. Money orders are simple to get from any 7-11 and the post office. If you do not provide a MONEY ORDER, moving into your new home will be delayed by as much as two weeks for the banks to officially clear the checks. |
