Tenant’s Insurance is extremely important!!!

The Landlord/Property Owner has insurance on the home you are renting, but YOU need to provide insurance on the items in the home that YOU own.  The Landlord/Property Owners policy WILL NOT cover those items.  Tenants insurance is very affordable.
